The COMP AIR 7853179 oil separator replacement is a cost-effective alternative to the expensive OEM separator. This aftermarket air/oil separator offers oil separation performance equal to or better than the original OEM separator specifications.
Your compressor’s air/oil separator works hard every hour it runs, pulling oil mist out of the discharge air so it can be reused instead of carried downstream. A quality separator means less oil topping-off, less carryover reaching your dryers and filters, and lower energy costs from reduced pressure drop. A heavy-duty inner and outer core keeps the separator rigid under pressure, so it won’t collapse or deform in service.
- 2 – 3 PPM residual oil content in functioning systems
- Every air/oil separator is individually tested for electrical ground
- Borosilicate Microglass filter media is standard
- Top-quality gasket material
The COMP AIR 7853179 separator equivalent is manufactured in the USA with superior materials and engineering. We have replaced air/oil separators from all major brands in hundreds of thousands of applications since 1976.
