Its woven 304 and 316 stainless steel media captures contaminants and will not shed material back into your fluid. When service is due, an ultrasonic bath or back flush restores it, with no replacement cartridge to buy. Absolute 2 micron rating, not an approximate one, so you get the same clean filtration every cycle.
The 535G-2XD filter is 2″ OD, 1.01″ ID, 4.47″ tall, and has a single open end. With no elastomer seal to limit it, the stainless element handles up to 800°F. Proudly fabricated in the USA under ISO 9001 quality standards.
