The WORTHINGTON 220091044 air/oil separator replacement is a direct drop-in replacement for the original OEM separator. This aftermarket separator offers oil separation performance equal to or better than the original OEM separator specifications.
Oil in your air lines, rising oil consumption and climbing pressure drop are all signs it’s time to replace the air/oil separator. This replacement separator captures fine oil mist before it leaves the sump tank and returns it to the compressor, keeping your air clean and your lubricant where it belongs. Reinforced construction resists collapse, even as the media loads up toward the end of its service interval.
- 2 – 3 PPM residual oil content in functioning systems
- Every air/oil separator is individually tested for electrical ground
- Borosilicate Microglass filter media is standard
- Top-quality gasket material
The WORTHINGTON 220091044 separator equivalent is manufactured in the USA with superior materials and engineering. We have replaced air/oil separators from all major brands in hundreds of thousands of applications since 1976.
